The Girl Talk remix that you have up definitely is not a true GT remix, I have never heard him just remix two songs together.
Just letting you know, don't really know where you got your source from.

actually, it is an original girl talk mix, it's been up on his myspace page in the past
sometimes it's not all about a clusterfuck of mixing 20 songs together with him
but yeah, true Girl Talk, certified by Gillis himself
